At Glasspoll Art, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our return policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders and 15 days of delivery for international orders and shipping charges will be paid by customer and we will return the Product pric only .
  2. Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, personalized orders, and items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@glasspollart.com or call us at (+91) 9831583007 to request a return. Please include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Additional Information

  • Glasspoll Art reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • For international customers, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
